As a member, you’ll receive stunning, original medallions every two months. Each carefully designed and sculpted to bring captivating equine beauty to your collection. Medallions make great pieces to collect your favorite artist's finishwork or learn to paint yourself (No matching the other side ftw!). Each are cast in high quality white resin here in my studio.
Each box of awesome in the medallion club also comes with a sticker! If you're a sticker lover and have FOMO and want the sticker shipped in between the medallion club boxes.... you can get happy mail EVERY month by upgrading your medallion club subscription!
NOTE: Sign up in an odd month to recieve your first full box. Signing up in an even month (Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec) will mean you will receive the bonus content access and a sticker in the mail for your first package.

Q&A
Payments
When will I be billed?
Your payment will come out on the same day each month, so pick a day that best works for you. eg. Signed up on the 17th? You'll be billed on the 17th each month. These are all recurring payment clubs.
How do I change my billing information or cancel?
You can do this directly through PayPal.
Log into your account on the company's website or app, navigate to the "subscriptions" or "my account" section, where you can then modify details like the plan, billing information, etc.
When in doubt send me an email! I'm happy to help you out!
Refunds
Subscription payments are non refundable. Materials must be ordered in advance for the club so refunds are not usually possible.
Canadian GST
Canadian GST is included in the price.
Shipping
When does my club ship?
It depends on which club you are in. Sticker club ships monthly, medallion club ships bi-monthly (every other month) so two payments must accrue before your club ships. See the schedule below.

Where is tracking?
Stickers are sent via letter mail are are not tracked.

International orders are usually APC but may be another outlet depending on pricing. International packages do not come with tracking for the medallion club.
Tracking, if available, is sent via email.
Some locations such as Isreal do not have current shipping options from Canada, if you have questions about your location please contact me.
