If you're an international upgraded member your stickers will be in your medallion club box every two months.
NOTE: Sign up in an odd month to recieve your first full box. Signing up in an even month (Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec) will mean you will receive the bonus content access and a sticker in the mail for your first package.
