Shipping policy

Shipping times vary depending on what you've ordered. Club orders ship at the end of the month, or at the end of the two-month block for the Medallion Club. In-house resin orders usually ship within 2 to 4 weeks if they need to be cast, or 1 to 2 weeks if they're already in stock. Orders shipping from JOLT Studios depend on their production queue.

 

Shipping estimates will be provided when and where possible. For preorders, once test casting has been successful, estimates can be given. For large editions, shipping estimates may only be given for a few months at a time to allow for accuracy.

 

If a piece is taking significantly longer than estimated, I'll reach out and you can choose to keep waiting or cancel for a refund.

 

Shipping happens in the order that orders are paid in full, so where your order falls in line depends on when payment is complete, not just when it was placed.

 

Once your piece is ready to go, I'll reach out to confirm your shipping address before it ships, and you'll get tracking information as soon as it's on its way.

 

If you're part of the club or have a time payment plan, your piece ships once your invoice is paid in full and your spot in the shipping batch comes up.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders may include additional shipping costs beyond the base rate. Canadian orders may also see additional costs when the item is shipping from JOLT Studios. If anything changes with your order's shipping cost, I'll let you know before it ships.

 

You're always welcome to ship to an artist, prepper, or another address instead of your own. Just let me know at any time before your order ships and I'll update it.
